Champions #10 Reviews

Beyond the Panel: 9.5/10 “When Cummings is on pencils, you are at least guaranteed that the interiors are going to be gorgeous. Since taking the reigns of penciler, he has not disappointed once. Bringing a refreshing youthful vigor to these young heroes, a playfulness which embraced some of their ages, and a style which made every action scene standout till the very last.”

Black Nerd Problems: 9/10 “Cummings’ art style works well at handling a great cast of characters, powers, and delivering fun action. It’s good to see the team go through one of their darkest moments and come out strong.”

Caped-Joel: 8.5/10 “It was a satisfying ending all the same…I think the series grew by leaps and bounds under Zub.”

Chillmonger: “These are my Teen Titans…There is promise in these heroes.”

Comic Book.com: 8/10 “All in all it’s still a very satisfying end to an even more satisfying story.”

Comics Beat: “I really think people are going to look back and regret sleeping on this series, and I’m sad to see it go.”

Major Spoilers: 7/10 “Zub does a really good job of bringing each hero to the forefront long enough to address whatever they have been wrestling with but doesn’t make the mistake of making it feel like everything’s going to be all better just because they’ve talked about it.”
